Welcome to n'Fwiki — the Cooperative Storytelling site!
This site is based around the concept of Cooperative Storytelling, a new and fresh idea for writers, roleplayers, and fictional developers of all kinds. Here you may store information about your worlds, develop your ideas, roleplay your characters, and tell your stories in cooperation with our other contributors. Whatever your strengths and interests, consider n'Fwiki your sandbox to play in, learn, and develop however you wish.

What is This?
N'Fwiki is a new concept in roleplay and storytelling. Instead of the continuous individual roleplay of an MMORPG or MU*, or the play-by-post format of a forum, mailing list, or newsgroup; the wiki format allows for more discussion among the participants and the ability combine writing strengths for Cooperative Storytelling. Wikis are often used to contain world information, but using one for roleplay and storytelling is a new concept with a great deal of potential.
For right now, the only rule on this site is the basic "Be good to each other." Feel free to experiment. As problems develop and things fail to work out, site administration will work with our contributors to fix things.

Cautions
Some research still needs to be done about how copyright affects the various parts of this site. For the time being, the site reserves the right to maintain everything ever posted here with permission, even if that permission should later change. With that exception, and unless otherwise noted, copyright of the elements on this site belongs to their creators, and those elements may not be duplicated in whole or in part without permission of the copyright holder.
Note that items for future sale should not be posted on this site as they will almost certainly lose "first publication" (also known as "first rights") status.
Posting elements without permission of the copyright holder is strictly forbidden and will be removed as soon as they are discovered. This includes fanfic based on copyrighted characters; however, derivations of copyrighted works are acceptable.
